Job Description :
- Designing and coding.
- Analyzing and estimating projects
- Interacting with clients.
- Leading a team.
- Gather requirements; work with change management tools and processes, source control, versioning, branching, defect tracking and release management.

Job Requirements :
- Candidates should have 6+ Years of experience.
- Programming and algorithmic skills in the following technology stacks:
- Must have - Core Java, JSP, Servlets, and Struts.
- Nice to have - Velocity, Hibernate, EJB, Spring, Swings Strong SQL skills and exposure to Open Source.
- Working experience with one or more of the following “ tomcat, web logic, jboss, CVS, Eclipse editor
- Experience working with JBoss4, mysql, Tomcat.
- Strong written and oral communication for client interaction.
- Worked on the Design and Deployment of at least two enterprise class applications.
- Proven experience in full product development life cycle.
- Experience with multi-tiered application development Database, Middle Tier, Client, etc...
- Very sound technical leading and technical training skills.
- Knowledge/experience in best practices for software development (CMM, ISO).
