REQT 1
Role - Mobile Testing

Essential Skills:

• Candidate must have experience in testing mobile phones and understanding of test cases and process involved for testing. Preferred candidates with good exposure in coordination and Build Process. Compiling and building the core software inline with specifications, Packaging the software to include/exclude the applications and user data as per the specifications.
• Perform basic sanity and acceptance tests.
• Preparing the software release for production

Role – Solution Architect

Essential Skills :

• One needs to be highly proficient in both web and mobile technologies and should have excellent working experience on Web UI and have strong exposure and familarity to technologies like
• Mobile Platforms - Android, RIM/Blackberry, Palm Pre, Windows Mobile, iPhones OS X, S60/S40, LIMO
• Operator Specs – Vodafone, Orange, Docomo
• Domains – WebRun time, Multimedia/streaming, IMS, Browser, SIP, HTTP/Web 2.0, Security, DRM, VPN
• Technologies/lanuages – C/C++, J2ME, JavaScript/ECMAScript,JSP, DOM, EJB, AJAX, REST, JQuery or any other JS library
• Database and related technologies (SQL, Mqueue)
• Enterprise technologies
• Should have been involved in customer interactions involving understanding customer requirements, defining solution and converting them into technical requirement, doing estimation and proposals
• Should have handson experience to enable technical architecting and guiding the technical team to ensure design integrity and realisation
• Should have some exposure to techno-commericial domain

Role –Symbian developers

Essential skills:

• Must have in-depth knowledge of Symbian OS internals and drivers and Series60.
• Must have strong C/C++ programming skills, good problem solving skills, and experience using software development processes.
• Must have working knowledge of data structures, multitasking concepts, and operating systems basics
• Must have worked on Mobile handset Application development
• SymbianOS/S60 technology knowledge in TSY, MM, Graphics, LBS, SAT, etc is highly desirable
• Experience in SymbianOS/S60 build, integration, test and GCF qualification also desirable
• Knowledge in real-time microprocessor-based embedded programming and embedded real-time operating systems is a strong plus

Role –Tech Lead & Project Manager - Symbian

Essential skills:

• Must have in-depth knowledge of Symbian OS internals and drivers and Series60.
• Must have strong C/C++ programming skills, good problem solving skills, and experience using software development processes.
• Must have working knowledge of data structures, multitasking concepts, and operating systems basics
• Must have worked on Mobile handset Application development

Role –Linux Architects Application/Middleware & DD
Essential skills:
• Should have ability to design multiple applications in at least one or many application domains.
• Should have ability to articulate the testing requirements of an application in the chosen application domains
• Should have knowledge of processor architecture like ARM, application processors like TI OMAP, STE, Freescale etc…
• Should have ability to analyse power management, memory requirements, concurrents usecases etc…
• Working knowledge on any of the platforms(Android/GTK/Maemo) is required
• Working knowledge of any of the Applications(Telephony/Multimedia/browser/Messaging/Graphics/Connectivity)is required
• Working knowledge of any of the application programming(Android Java/J2ME/GTK/Maemo) is required
• Should have strong ability to conceptualize software architecture, design and implement the components.
• Should have made Open Source contributions, published papers, participated in conferences
• Experience for Architects should be greater than 7 years and for Team Leads between 5 to 7 years.

REQT 6
Role –Linux Developers/Integrators

Essential skills:
• Good C/C++ programmer
• Should have developed/integrated applications in any of the following SDKs
o Android
o GTk/GTk+
o Maemo
• OR Should have developed/integrated middleware or DD components in linux
• Should have done source code packaging using tools like debians etc…
• Experience between 3 to 5 years.

Role –RIM & Iphone

Essential skills:
• The person should have experieence in developing, porting or customisation of application on RIM or iPhones platform
• Min 4+ years application developers on RIM and iphone platform.

Essential skills:
• Strong knowledge in J2ME,Core Java.
• Should have used Mysql.
• Should have worked on Apache,tomcat and exposure to protocols like HTTP,HTTPS.

• The work assignment varies in detail depending on your specific role, know-how and experience as well as the customer’s current needs. The assignment is for the most part project oriented and carried out in Bangalore.
